At Asbury United Methodist Church, we believe in creating a space where all are embraced with open arms, where questions are welcomed, faith is nurtured, and love is lived out in community.
Our hope is that you feel the presence of God in our worship, the warmth of Christ in our fellowship, and the movement of the Spirit in all we do together. We are a church that celebrates openness, values compassion, and is committed to growing in faith and service.
I invite you to journey with us as we seek to be a light in our community—offering hope, healing, and hospitality in Christ’s name. There’s a place for you here, and we’re honored to share this sacred space with you.

Did you know that you can be the lifeline a local family desperately needs!
Right now, families in our own community are facing heartbreaking choices—whether to keep the lights on or put food on the table, whether to pay rent or face eviction. These are our neighbors, and they need us now more than ever.
At Asbury’s Benevolence Ministry, we offer hope in the form of emergency assistance to individuals and families who are on the brink of losing their housing due to overdue rent or utility bills. But this week, the need has outpaced our resources. Several families have reached out for help—and we no longer have the funds to say “yes.”
That’s where you come in.
Your gift to the Benevolence/Second Mile Assistance Fund will provide immediate relief for qualified applicants who have nowhere else to turn. Every single dollar you give goes directly to cover past-due housing or utility expenses—100%—no overhead, no red tape. Just real help, right when it’s needed most.
“Whatever you did for one of the least of these… you did for Me.” – Matthew 25:40
Together, we can answer that call.
Donate today and be the reason a family can stay in their home.
Dear Asbury Family,
As we enter a new school year, Asbury has a wonderful opportunity to come alongside the students and staff of Highland Elementary through a mission of encouragement, generosity, and presence.
We’re currently collecting school supplies and treats to support both learning and morale. Items especially needed include:
Please bring any donations to the Fellowship Hall—every gift makes a difference and reminds these students and teachers that they’re not alone.
In addition, Highland is seeking caring adult volunteers to serve as lunch buddies—sharing a simple meal and meaningful conversation with students who would benefit from the steady encouragement of a kind and consistent adult. It’s a small commitment with life-changing potential.
If you're interested in being a lunch buddy or want to learn more, please reach out to the church office.
Let’s be the hands and heart of Christ in our community. Thank you for being a part of this important mission.
With gratitude,
Asbury United Methodist Church
