Whats happening at Asbury!

Wednesday Nights: Join us on Wednesday night. This is a mid-week time to rejuvenate your spirit through shared meals engaging Bible study and heartfelt prayer. Join us as we connect and strengthen our faith together. 

We kicked off on 9/11/24 and we will continue each week with the following schedule: 

Meal:5:30-6P Please RSVP for your meal at https://asburylife.org/small-groups. All meals are by donation.

Bible Studies:6-7P

Prayer: 7-7:30P

Please come to any of the events.

Jesus, The One and Only: led by Marcia Parsons and Jana Wills will be in The Sisters By Grace class room. 

Making Sense of the Bible: led by Rev. Bowers will be in the D&H Brown Classroom. 

Simply Loved: will be our children’s ministry focus led by Sara McMillian, Abby Whitaker & Emily  Whitaker and will be in the Children's Area. 

The Top 13 Questions about God: will be the focus for our Youth Program led by Dr. Rebekah Taylor and Natasha DeBord. 

Playground Dedication: You are warmly invited to join us for the dedication of the refurbished playground at the Asbury Child Enrichment Center on September 26th at 4PM.

Special Service: On October 20th, we will host Bishop Padgett-Wallace as she leads in worship for a single service at 10:30AM in the Sanctuary. We will have coffee & pastries before the service. 

Liturgist: Are you passionate about serving others and building a welcoming community at Asbury? The liturgist role offers flexibility, as it's a rotating list, and your services will not be required every Sunday.  If you can assist with any of these needs, please email Susan at Bowers@asburylife.org. Your contribution, no matter how frequent, will be greatly appreciated.
